Returns, Refunds & Unboxing Policy
This Returns, Refunds & Unboxing Policy governs the purchase of products from Pop n Proper . By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and enable verification of the product’s condition at the time of delivery, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous video while opening the delivered package (“Unboxing Video”).
The Unboxing Video should clearly capture:
The sealed outer packaging from all sides
The shipping label with order details
The uninterrupted opening of the package
The product and its condition immediately upon removal
In the event of a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, the Unboxing Video may be requested by the Company as supporting evidence to authorize a return, replacement, or refund.
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products may be declined if an Unboxing Video is not provided, subject to internal verification and review. The Company reserves the right to make the final determination based on the evidence submitted.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns shall be accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition. Customers must notify the Company within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
Proof of damage, including clear photographs and/or videos (and Unboxing Video, if available), must be provided.
Proof of purchase is mandatory.
3. Return Authorization
All return requests are subject to verification and approval by the Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Upon approval, the Company will provide instructions for the return or resolution process.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and the damage verified:
A refund shall be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund processing may take five (5) to seven (7) business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or negligence.
Normal wear and tear.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless damaged during transit.
6. Manufacturing Variations
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, surface finish, or layer lines are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability shall be strictly limited to the purchase value of the product. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
